We work diligently to maintain our high quality standards.  Our apartments are cleaned meticulously, reducing the chances of CVD19 transmission.

We will also request via electronically our guests´ passport/National ID information as required by the Catalan authorities. Once this information is verified, we will then send our guests their unique entry code to the building and flat for the duration of their stay.

Here are some important house rules to consider during your stay:

1) No smoking is allowed in the flat nor inside the building.

2) No parties, nor loud music/noise, nor mascots are allowed.

Neighbourhood

The apartment is in Barcelona’s most lively downtown area. It’s just off the beginning of Las Ramblas, which is known for its myriad of activities and abundant pedestrians who have come to stroll, shop, and dine in the city's most dynamic street.


Transport

The flat is just a few steps walk away from Plaza Catalunya, the most important and busy plaza in Barcelona. There you will find abundant public transportation options:  taxis, buses, Metro and FGC underground lines. Walking is also a viable option to numerous popular sites:  Gothic Quarter, El Born, La Sagrada Familia, La Pedrera, Casa Batlló, beaches, port, etc.
